Summary

This study is testing if it's safe and practical for people on kidney dialysis to do group exercises guided by videos during their treatment sessions. It involves 45 adults who have been on regular dialysis for at least three months. The main goal is to see if patients can stick with the 4-week exercise program and to check for any safety issues, while also measuring muscle strength and activity levels.
