Can exercise help kids and young adults tolerate cancer treatment better?

NCT ID NCT07359911

Summary

This study is testing whether a supervised exercise program can help children and young adults (ages 12-39) with newly diagnosed sarcoma better tolerate their chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if staying active during treatment helps patients receive more of their planned chemotherapy doses. The study is recruiting 40 participants who are not currently very active to compare an exercise program with usual care.
