Can a weekly bike ride fight chemo fatigue?

NCT ID NCT06455904

Summary

This study is testing if a weekly cycling exercise program helps breast cancer patients better tolerate chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if patients who cycle during their 15-week treatment maintain better fitness and strength compared to those who receive standard care alone. The goal is to reduce the severe fatigue and physical decline that often comes with chemotherapy.
