Summary
This study aims to find the most effective 'dose' of exercise for treating fatty liver disease (NAFLD/NASH), which has no approved drug cure. Researchers will test different exercise amounts in 45 sedentary adults with the disease to see which best reduces liver fat. The goal is to create clear exercise prescriptions to help control this common liver condition.
