NCT ID NCT06848478
Summary
This study aims to find out if exercise, improving diet with fruits and vegetables, or doing both together can improve heart and metabolic health in teenagers with obesity. Researchers will compare four groups over 12 weeks: one group gets usual care, one gets exercise coaching, one gets diet coaching, and one gets both. The goal is to see which approach works best to help teens get healthier.
