Summary
This study looks at whether combining resistance exercises with an anti-inflammatory diet can reduce pain, improve daily function, and boost quality of life in people with rheumatoid arthritis. One hundred adults with low to moderate disease activity will follow a structured program for three months. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes, added to standard medical care, can make a real difference in managing symptoms.
