NCT ID NCT06186869
First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding different exercise programs to a Mediterranean diet can lower inflammation better than diet alone in adults aged 18-65 with obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). About 90 participants will be assigned to diet only, diet plus one exercise program, or diet plus another exercise program. The goal is to see changes in blood markers of inflammation and body composition.
