Can sweat and salad boost cancer treatment?

NCT ID NCT06298734

Summary

This study is testing whether adding high-intensity exercise and a high-fiber diet to standard immunotherapy can improve health outcomes for people with advanced melanoma. Researchers want to see if these lifestyle changes are doable during treatment and if they can improve gut health, immune function, and physical fitness. About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to follow an exercise plan, a diet plan, both, or neither for 9 weeks.
