Can the right workout ease chronic pain and gut troubles?
NCT ID NCT06923800
Summary
This study aims to see which of two different exercise programs, when paired with dietary advice, works better to improve symptoms for people living with both fibromyalgia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Thirty participants will try a combined exercise program (mixing cardio, strength, and stretching) and an aerobic-only program, each for four months, to see which one helps more with pain, fatigue, and gut symptoms. The goal is to find a practical, non-drug approach to help manage these chronic conditions.
