Can simple lifestyle changes protect breast cancer survivors from heart disease?
NCT ID NCT06454864
Summary
This study is testing whether exercise, or exercise combined with diet counseling, can improve heart health and body composition in breast cancer survivors. It will involve 45 women who have completed treatment and are now at risk for metabolic problems. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for six months: a standard exercise program, the same exercise plus diet advice, or a gentle stretching group.
