NCT ID NCT06201533

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether simple, low-intensity exercise can improve memory and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a condition that raises dementia risk. Researchers will have 64 participants do combined physical and mental exercises three times a week for three months, or continue their normal routine. They will measure changes in thinking tests and blood markers to understand how exercise might help protect the brain.
