New exercise combo targets knee arthritis pain
NCT ID NCT07482410
Summary
This study is testing whether adding two specific exercise methods—Feldenkrais and Active Release—to standard physical therapy helps people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare pain levels, knee movement, and daily function in 40 participants aged 40-65. The goal is to see if this combined approach works better than standard therapy alone for managing symptoms.
