Brain and body boost: new study aims to help seniors recover after stroke

Summary
This study tests whether exercise, brain training, or both can improve physical and mental abilities in adults 60 and older who have had a stroke and also have high blood pressure or diabetes. About 444 participants from community health centers in five Chinese cities will take part for 12 months, with another 12 months of follow-up. The goal is to find better ways to help seniors manage multiple health conditions and stay independent.
