Brain training and exercise may boost memory in older cancer survivors

Summary

This study looks at whether combining exercise with cognitive rehabilitation can improve thinking and memory in older adults who have finished cancer treatment. About 40 participants aged 65 and older will be assigned to one of three programs or usual care. The goal is to see if these activities help with focus and daily mental tasks.
