Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized 24-week exercise program can help children with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) feel less tired and improve their quality of life. About 70 kids with IBD will be split into two groups based on their current exercise habits and will wear a smartwatch to track activity. The goal is to see if adding exercise to their regular treatment can reduce fatigue, ease bowel symptoms, and improve overall well-being.
