Remote fitness & support tested for down syndrome families facing Alzheimer's

NCT ID NCT07425769

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week remote program to see if it's practical and helpful for adults with Down syndrome who have Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers. The program includes group exercise classes for the person with Down syndrome and weekly training and support sessions for their caregiver, all done over video calls. Researchers will measure how well people stick with the program and look for early signs of improvement in physical function and caregiver well-being.
