Scientists probe how exercise fights cancer from within

NCT ID NCT07286539

Summary

This study aims to understand why strength training improves the health of people with various cancers. Researchers will enroll 150 patients with lung, breast, colon, blood, or lymph node cancers. Half will do supervised strength training twice a week for 12 weeks, while the other half will do a home program, so scientists can compare their blood, fitness, and quality of life to find biological clues.
