First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at how a 12-week physical activity program affects certain markers in the breast tissue and blood of premenopausal women with dense breasts. Dense breast tissue is a risk factor for breast cancer, and the goal is to see if exercise can cause changes that might lower that risk. The study involves 60 women who are not currently active and have no history of breast cancer.
