Summary
This study looks at how a mother's exercise habits during and after pregnancy might change the makeup of her breast milk. Researchers want to see if these changes affect how babies use energy and grow, which could help lower the risk of childhood obesity. The study will follow 200 mothers and their infants for one year after birth.
