NCT ID NCT07467694
Summary
This study aims to understand how exercise during and after pregnancy might change the makeup of breast milk. Researchers will measure the activity levels of 200 mothers, analyze their milk, and track their babies' growth and energy use. The goal is to learn if these changes in milk could help lower a baby's risk of becoming overweight.
