Can brain games and exercise stop dangerous falls in veterans with MS?
NCT ID NCT07447115
Summary
This study aims to see if adding computer-based brain training to a walking and strength exercise program helps prevent falls in older veterans with multiple sclerosis (MS). Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to either exercise with brain training or exercise with simple computer games for 10 weeks. Researchers will then track any falls for a full year to see which approach works better.
