Summary
This study aimed to understand how exercise might help with thinking and memory problems in Parkinson's disease. Researchers measured brain activity in 25 people with Parkinson's while they did two types of stationary cycling. The goal was to find a specific brain pattern linked to exercise that could guide future treatments for cognitive decline.
