Summary
This study measured brain activity in 25 Parkinson's patients while they exercised on stationary bikes. Researchers wanted to understand how different types of exercise affect brain function and thinking skills in people with Parkinson's. The goal was to gather information that could help develop better exercise treatments for cognitive problems in Parkinson's disease.
