Summary

This study tests if a 4-week program combining exercise with a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique (tACS) can help breast cancer survivors who struggle with memory and focus after treatment. Researchers will check if the program is practical and safe for 40 participants, and measure any improvements in thinking and physical function compared to a placebo group.
