Summary
This study looked at how a single session of exercise changes brain activity in 25 people with Parkinson's disease who have a deep brain stimulation (DBS) device. Participants did both fast and voluntary cycling while off their usual medications and DBS. The goal was to understand which brain signals relate to thinking skills, to help design better treatments for cognitive decline.
