Can spin class pump up an aging brain?

NCT ID NCT03803904

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program can improve blood flow and blood vessel function in the brains of older veterans. Researchers are comparing a spin class group to a stretching group to see if exercise causes measurable changes in brain health. The goal is to better understand how exercise might protect the brain from age-related decline.
