Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of weightlifting exercise affect blood vessel function. Researchers will compare healthy adults to those with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Participants will complete various tests and a 10-week exercise program to see if exercise improves blood flow and vessel health.
