Summary

This study aims to understand how exercise training might improve blood vessel function in people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Researchers will test 720 participants, including healthy individuals and those with these mental health conditions, to see if antioxidants play a role in blood vessel health. The study involves taking antioxidant or placebo pills and performing tests to measure blood flow in the arms and legs.
