Summary

This study checks if a new questionnaire, called the Exercise Health Beliefs Attitude Scale, works well for people aged 65 and older. Researchers will ask 200 older adults about their views on exercise and compare the results with their physical activity levels. The goal is to make sure the scale is accurate and helpful for understanding exercise attitudes in seniors.
