Summary

This study looks at whether a 4-week exercise program before surgery can reduce frailty and improve recovery in 108 women with advanced ovarian cancer. Participants will do simple exercises like walking and standing up from a chair. Researchers will track changes in frailty, surgical outcomes, and chemotherapy completion.
