First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether using special exercise bars (Flexi-bar and Theraband Flex bar) can improve body awareness, reaction time, power, and arm performance in healthy men aged 18-35. Participants will be split into three groups: two using different vibrating bars and one using a rolling pin as a placebo. Measurements will be taken before and after a single exercise session to see if the bars have an immediate effect.
