Can a phone app help breast cancer survivors fight fatigue and get fit?
NCT ID NCT06791018
Summary
This study is testing whether a free mobile app can help breast cancer survivors exercise more after finishing their main treatments. Researchers are comparing 200 survivors who use the app for 12 weeks against a group that just gets standard exercise advice. The goal is to see if the app helps people be more active, feel less tired, and improve their overall quality of life.
