Can your phone prescribe exercise to fight common health risks?
NCT ID NCT07400549
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that gives personalized exercise advice can help people with common health conditions like high blood pressure or high blood sugar become more physically active. About 100 adults in China who are not currently active will use the app for 3 months. Researchers will check if using the app increases their daily steps and improves health measures like weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
