Summary

This study looks at how a single bout of exercise improves the way muscles respond to insulin in healthy young men. Researchers will measure muscle glucose uptake and analyze protein changes in muscle tissue. The goal is to understand the early signals that make muscles more sensitive to insulin after exercise.
