Summary

This study tests a program designed with the Black community to help adults aged 45-65 exercise more. The goal is to see if setting personal exercise goals can improve physical activity, blood pressure, and markers of brain health. Researchers will track 226 participants over 12 months to learn how exercise habits affect cognitive aging.
