First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-month home-based aerobic exercise program can help improve thinking skills and slow cognitive decline in people with Parkinson's disease who also have mild memory or thinking problems. Researchers will measure changes in movement, mood, and blood markers of inflammation and brain health. The goal is to find a practical, non-drug way to manage one of the most challenging symptoms of Parkinson's.
