Summary
This study looked at how a 13-week exercise program changes blood flow and fitness in 60 adults with Down syndrome who were not very active. Researchers measured how well the heart and blood vessels worked during exercise. The goal was to learn more about why people with Down syndrome often have low fitness levels.
