Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week remote digital exercise program using a mobile app called Vitala is feasible and helpful for 20 adults with obesity and poorly controlled asthma. Participants received a personalized exercise plan and were encouraged to do 150 minutes of activity per week. The main goals were to see if people would stick with the program and if it improved asthma control and quality of life.
