Summary

This study tests if a supervised exercise program is safe and helpful for people with painful bone metastases (cancer that spread to bones) after they receive standard radiation therapy. About 20 adults with cancer will take part. The goal is to see if exercise can improve pain, movement, and quality of life without causing harm.
