Summary
This study tested a special lens implant (EVO+ Visian ICL) in 47 adults to correct or reduce nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and age-related reading problems (presbyopia). The lens was placed inside the eye to improve vision at all distances without removing the natural lens. The main goals were to see how well it improved uncorrected vision and how stable the lens stayed in the eye.
