First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a drug called everolimus can help prevent liver cancer from returning in people who have had a liver transplant for a type of liver cancer that is harder to treat. About 336 adults who are at high risk for their cancer coming back will be randomly assigned to receive either everolimus plus another drug or a standard drug combination. The main goal is to see which group lives longer without the cancer returning or dying.
