Summary

This study looks at how using tablets in the evening affects children's sleep, thinking skills, and emotions. Researchers will have 220 children aged 8 to 11 use tablets with different light and content before bed. The goal is to understand whether the light from the screen or the exciting content has a bigger impact on sleep and next-day behavior.
