Inclusion Criteria: * Age \> 18 years old. * Patients recently diagnosed to have pancreatic adenocarcinoma based on histopathological examination. * Locally advanced potentially resectable pancreatic cancer . .Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 to 1. .Signed informed consent.
