Summary
This study looks at three different ways surgeons place screws in the spine during surgery: using a robot, using a navigation system, or doing it by hand (freehand). The goal is to see which method leads to fewer screws needing to be fixed or replaced within the first year after surgery. About 932 adults with spine problems like disc disease, spinal stenosis, or tumors took part across multiple hospitals in Europe.
