Summary
This study tests a once-daily pill called etavopivat in children aged 6 months to 18 years with sickle cell disease. The main goals are to check the medicine's safety and how it moves through the body. Participants take the pill every day for 96 weeks and have regular check-ups. The study hopes to see if the drug can reduce pain crises and improve hemoglobin levels.
