Summary
This study tests whether taking ETAS® daily for 12 weeks can improve memory, mood, and brain function in healthy adults aged 60 to 80 who have mild memory complaints. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either ETAS® or a placebo, and will undergo memory tests, brain scans, and sleep questionnaires. The goal is to see if this supplement can help ease age-related cognitive and emotional changes.
