Brain-Boosting supplement tested for senior 'Brain Fog'
NCT ID NCT06790849
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether taking an ETAS® supplement for 12 weeks could help with memory, mood, and inflammation in healthy adults aged 60-80 who were experiencing mild to moderate 'brain fog' or forgetfulness. Forty-five participants were randomly assigned to take either a high dose, a low dose, or a placebo (a dummy pill) to see if the supplement made a difference. The main goal was to check if this kind of study was feasible and to gather initial data on whether ETAS® might improve overall thinking skills and reduce body-wide inflammation.
