NCT ID NCT04388124
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is for people with resistant hypertension, meaning their blood pressure stays high even with three or more medications. Researchers want to see if a drug that blocks endothelin-1, a substance that tightens blood vessels, can improve blood vessel function and lower blood pressure over 8 weeks. About 24 adults aged 30-80 will take part. The goal is to find a better way to control this serious condition and reduce heart risks.
