Summary

This study looks at how the hormone estradiol affects blood vessel function in women going through perimenopause (the transition to menopause). Researchers will measure how well blood vessels widen and examine cells from veins. The goal is to understand why blood vessel health changes with age and how estrogen might help. About 80 women aged 40-58 with irregular cycles will participate.
