This study tests whether wearing a custom mouth splint (Essix appliance) can reduce pain and dry mouth in people with Burning Mouth Syndrome. Twelve adults who have already felt relief from the splint will take part. Researchers will measure pain levels, saliva volume, and proteins in saliva to see how well the splint works.
